Privacy
In short: no tracking, no advertising. We only process what is needed to run the website and to answer your enquiry.
What data we process
Server logs (technical logging): When the website is accessed, technical data is logged automatically – IP address, date and time, the page requested and the status code, as well as browser and operating-system details (user agent) and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer). This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website.
Contact form: When you write to us via the form, we process your name and email address in order to answer your enquiry and get in touch with you.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and no profiling takes place. We only use strictly necessary or functional cookies and comparable local storage – for example to remember your chosen language.
Purposes of processing
- Operation, security and stability of the website (server logs).
- Answering and handling your enquiry (contact data).
Service providers and disclosure to third parties
For operation and communication we use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: delivery, protection and technical logging of the website, the API handling your contact request, and the sending of the resulting emails.
- Microsoft (Exchange Online): email mailbox and communication.
Your data is not shared for advertising purposes. Disclosure to authorities only takes place where we are legally required to do so.
Transfer abroad
All of the providers named above also process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. We ensure an adequate level of data protection through appropriate contractual safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Server logs are kept only briefly and then deleted. Data from the contact form is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or any resulting business relationship, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Data security
All transmissions are encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law – in particular the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) – you have the right to information, rectification, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing.
To exercise these rights, email contact (at) tripons.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
